How to send your request
Email fumfumdev@gmail.com, preferably from the address linked to your account. Say that you want to delete your KoaLearn account and provide the email you use to sign in. Your nickname may help identify the profile.
Request account deletion ↗This button opens your mail app. You must complete and send the message yourself. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents.
What deletion covers
The request covers your Firebase identity, KoaLearn profile and associated personal backend data, including progress, answers, sessions, streaks and group memberships. We may ask you to confirm ownership before proceeding.
Notebook pages and drafts stored only on your device must be removed in the app or by clearing app data. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your online account.
Confirmation and retention
We will reply to acknowledge and confirm the outcome of your request. Any information that must be retained for legal, security or request-handling purposes, and the reasons and retention periods, will be explained in the response. External providers handle their own copies under their terms.
